Condo Sales

Lac O' Seasons has formed a Condominium Association of the eight waterfront cottages.  These eight cottages will eventually be the managing association for the lakefront and the office/pool building.

Three of the eight condos have been sold.  There are 4 cottages/condos that sleep 4 or 5 people that are still available.  The new cottage/condo that is under construction at this time will be built to sleep 8 people.  The condo units are all lakefront cottages.
