A 9% (6% state & 3 % room assessment) tax will be added to all rates listed below.

Multiple Night Discount (SKI SEASON)- Rent 2 nights at regular price and receive 25% discount on additional nights (may not be used with any other discount). Available January 3 – March 9 (excluding Thanksgiving weekend, Martin Luther King, Jr. Weekend, President’s Weekend and Easter).

Summer Rates - Effective from End of Ski Season to Hunting Season - weekly mid- June through mid-August; otherwise - 2 night minimum
Fall Value Rates - Effective from Opening of Ski Season thru December 20th-(2 night min.) Christmas Rates - Effective from December 21st thru January 2 (3 night Minimum)
Base Winter Rates - Effective from January 3 thru March 9 (2 night minimum)
Spring Value Rates - Effective from March 10 thru end of Ski Season (2 night minimum)

Hunting Season -Effective mid-November to Thanksgiving(ask for rates)-1 week minimum

LAC O’ SEASONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MOVE A GUEST TO A COMPARABLE UNIT.

Guests will be charged for damages incurred while renting cottages.

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS - Any early departures will be billed for days previously reserved.
